"The Tequila Maketh the Margarita"

Use good Tequila, preferably 100% Blue Agave, if you can get hold of it. You can substitute Cointreau or Curacao for Triple Sec if you have to.

Don't over-liquefy - it helps if the ice is already crushed, then you should only have to give it a few seconds whizz in the blender.
