I admit it, I'm a hopeless caffeine addict. I figure that sleep is just a symptom of caffeine deficiency.

In hot weather, I always keep a jar of cold espresso in my fridge and have it half & half with cola. This is the alcoholic version, and if you can be bothered with a blender, it's very nice as a frozen drink.

If you don't have Tia Maria, Kahlua will do - although it's a bit sweet for my tastes. At least it has an official site, though...
