If you can't get hold of Stolichnaya's beautiful Vanil Vodka, you can use any good Vodka with a dash of real Vanilla Essence. You can substitute Cointreau or Curacao for the Triple Sec if you need to.

Don't over-liquefy - it helps if the ice is already crushed, then you should only have to give it a few seconds whizz in the blender.
