NEVER buy one of those cheap imitation wine-based Irish Creams, they're horrible and an insult to the entire concept of drinking for pleasure (as opposed to drinking to get smashed, which just isn't for me). You can substitute Kahlua or another Coffee Liqueur for the Tia Maria.
